Hi! My name is Angela Delfin-Salazar
I am the founder of Motions Of Indigo.
I believe in the transformative power of deep connection—within ourselves and with the world around us. Through ancient practices like yoga and Qigong, I guide others to unlock the inner light that resides within us all.
My journey began with a single yoga class, where I felt a calm, inspired part of myself I hadn’t accessed since childhood. From that moment, I was hooked—driven to shed layers of emotional and physical baggage and reconnect with my authentic self.
With over a decade of study and the privilege of learning from some of the most respected practitioners in the field, my teaching philosophy is rooted in compassion, self-exploration, and finding joy in movement. My goal is to help you cultivate physical strength and resilience while exploring the emotional and spiritual dimensions of your being.
Motions of Indigo is more than just a practice—it’s a pathway to intuition, inner wisdom, and the vibrant, authentic you.
